General
Name: Miles Thomas Bletchley
Nicknames (and who is likely to use them): A third year tried to call him Millie once, the kid was in the school infirmary for a week.
Age: 27
Birthday: April 19, 1978
Place of Residence: Miles finally got access to Bletchley Manor in July. He moves between there, his semi-detached in Upper Slaughter, and his workshop in Hogsmeade. (when he can't be arsed to apparate home). He's under watch from the Aurors (he suspects) so he's not visiting Upper Slaughter unless he's called.

Appearance
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 170
Eyes: a light greyish-blue
Hair Colour & Style: dark brown, very short
Skin tone: olive, tans easily
Build: tall, broad shoulders, athletic
Distinguishing Marks: A scar on his upper lip, courtesy of his brother and a Bludger bat. A birthmark on the back of his neck. He also has a large tribal tattoo that covers his upper right arm and pectoral. He has had it for many years.
Dress Style: He likes to wear sporty Quidditch style robes when he's working, or for casual wear. When he's broom making, he has loose robes that are high quality wool or cotton. Likes Quidditch gear even when he's out for a drink. He likes people to remember he used to be a professional player. He has some stunning robes for when he does have to go out and dress formally. And he's sure all the ladies want to know what he does or doesn't wear under those robes. He also cuts a fine figure in basic black death eater robes.
Things they would always carry with them: If arrogance was a possession, Miles would cart it around by the truck load. As it isn't, the only things always with him are his wand and a ring with his family's crest on it.

Health
Disabilities/Handicaps: His left shoulder tenses up after rigorous exercise. This is attributed to a Bludger that hit him in just the wrong spot in his fifth year at Hogwarts. It most certainly was not because a little second year Hufflepuff witch hexed him unexpectedly for turning her homework into a pile of dragon dung. It's also been almost destroyed from a broom that speared it during his brief career playing Quidditch in Germany. He also has a major scar where an arrow landed in his arse during a battle.

Health in general – both mental and physical: Miles keeps fit from Quidditch so is very physically healthy. He likes to work out. Mentally he would say he is fine, but growing up in a house where the things under the bed could kill you does tend to affect a person.

Personality
First Impression: A stupid self-centered arse. If you're a witch, then a good looking stupid self-centred arse.

General Behaviour: It varies. He can be deliberately irritating, and can often times be quite cruel if he is bored. Otherwise he is more brooding and rude. Mind you, he's never been anything other than verbally cruel to a woman. He has a healthy respect in that they are there to serve him.

Strengths: very quick reflexes, has a talent for getting out of trouble and not getting caught. Well, he *thinks* he hasn't been caught.

Weaknesses: His pride and his need to feel superior. It has made him some powerful enemies. He ignores things that bore him, even if they are important.

Habits: Says and does things without thinking. He clenches and unclenches his fists when under pressure and people have (very rightly) taken to thinking he might punch them. Sits in corners, or always with his back against a wall.

Enjoys: Quidditch, drinking, getting away with murder (literally), frustrating those who are difficult to provoke, duelling. He also thrives on attention (doesn’t care whether it is the good or bad sort) and feels there is no point existing if no one notices you. (although he's happy to let aurors not notice him.)

Dislikes: Getting ignored, failing at something he actually wants to succeed in. When someone is better than he is (though he'd never admit to such a thing).

Other: He very rarely trusts anyone, and because of the environment he grew up in he acts first and thinks (sometimes) later. He does trust Millicent with his son, and he trusts the advice he gets from Draco.

Family
Spouse/partner (if applicable): none. Well, he did *accidentally* marry Daphne Greengrass on 8 February 2006. Don't drink fire-vodka kids. It's dangerous. They're working on an annulment, although getting around that 'until death do you part' bit is rather tricky.

Parents: Thomas and Eleanor Bletchley. (both dead)

Sibling(s): His brother Troy (deceased) – eight years his senior, and a high ranking and very well known death eater.

Children: Found out he was the father of Liam Vane in the game in April 2005. Well, Liam Bletchley-Vane now. He is currently going through the process of adopting Nigel Greengrass, as Daphne adopts Liam.

(If he only knew what the future held, then he'd probably learn to cast contraceptive charms. After this current baby, he's apparently going to father 3 more children)

Oh, and she's also pregnant, due around mid October.

Bloodline: Pureblood

Family History: The Bletchleys were a rich, aristocratic pureblood family who paid particular pride to their purity of blood. Two and a half centuries ago, a member of the family had trouble with a Half-blood bastard son trying to claim the family fortune. To prevent such an issue coming up in the future, a strong spell involving blood magic was invoked, and pureblood ('worthy') sons fathered by a Bletchley would have a birthmark on the back of their neck. Daughters cannot inherit, but there have been sons in the Bletchley line for generations. Miles is second cousin to Stephen Cornfoot, and their family tree is here.

More recently, Miles’ father died of an apparent mysteriously incurable illness and as they were the only members left of the family; Troy and Miles inherited the lot. But now Miles is the sole heir now that Troy was killed. He was pissed off that Troy had somehow locked him out of the manor after he died, but by a fluke, one of Troy's little 'pets', Dennis Creevey, helped him get back into the manor, and take back what was rightfully his.

Pets: They either died or ran away, but if an owl counts then he has one of those.

Social/Romantic/Sexual
Close Friendships: Was close to Damien Montague & Terence Higgs, & Cass Vaisey at school. He's a Slytherin, and as such, has no close friends, only drinking buddies associates.

Known Enemies: Theodore Nott. It is a minor miracle they have not murdered each other, but Miles is willing to rectify that if the little snot pisses him off one time too many.

Sexual Preference: Straight(ish)

Turn Ons: long legs, someone who can surprise him, blondes, being in control

Turn Offs: whinging, crying, witches that make things deliberately difficult. Clingy witches.

Past Relationships: If you go by traditional definitions, Miles doesn't have relationships. He did take Sophia Fawcett's virginity back in school, and had a fiery few months with Romilda Vane at one point. She was feisty, and he looks back on that time with something close to fond memories. He did fuck a few men back in his Quidditch days, and he let a few groupies give him blowjobs/handjobs. Of course, he will tell you he was drunk (as his defence), and will not acknowledge that he liked it beyond instant gratification. Draco is on his semi-regular shag list, as is Lettie Capper, Daphne Greengrass, and now, Higgs. If anything, Lettie is probably the closest thing he's felt to 'love', as he does actually care about her. But now that he's married, and under the influence of their marital bond, he's learning that there are certain perks to being married. He's even admitted to Daphne that he lvoes her.

What they think about sex and love: Miles loves sex... He also doesn't really know it, but he loves Daphne.
Magical

Wand Type: 11 inch, mahogany, dragon heart-string.
Magical talents: the Dark Arts, Charms, flying & Quidditch.

Magical weaknesses/aversions (what your character can't or won't do): He was never much good at calculating things and so Astronomy and any other subject that required focus was difficult.

First sign of magic – when and what: He was four. Troy had stolen his broom in the middle of winter and was outside, hovering just out of reach. Instead of just throwing a tantrum and going back inside to warm up, Miles threw a tantrum and his brother's broom burst into flames. He is a firestarter.
Boggart: his own corpse, gruesomely mutilated at the feet of his brother.
Knows how to Apparate (y/n): yes
Knows how to cast a patronus (y/n – if yes what?): no
Knows how to use the unforgivables (y/n): yes, very much so.
Other: Miles has always been attracted to the Dark Arts as they fed his desire for power and control. When he was being taught by his older brother, it was one of the very few times they got along and so Miles learned as much as possible.
Schooling
Year: two years above the Potter brat
House: Slytherin
Other Affiliations: House Quidditch Team (keeper)
Best subject(s): Transfiguration and Potions, followed by Charms
Poor subject(s): Failed Astronomy (slept through half the classes) and History of Magic (never even bothered to turn up).
Electives s/he would have taken: magical creatures
Best Mates: Damien Montague and Terence Higgs
Romantic interests: several very short term things. Sophia Fawcett for one. Lettie Capper for two. Ginger Jones for three.
Level of education reached: Miles got O.W.Ls and N.E.W.Ts in every subject he took aside from Astronomy and History of Magic. He learned more about how to craft racing brooms, but has had no other higher education.
Financial
(Remember that in a war most people will not have much money – if any at all. Those who do profit from war are usually those who are willing to use exploit others. Keep this in mind when deciding on your character's monetary situation.)
Current Occupation: Racing broom maker by day. Death Eater by night. (when he's not shagging the men women), also now runs the pub that Liam inherited from Rosmerta.
Other Occupations: wins money off clueless people when he goads them into Quidditch scratch matches.
Monetary Situation: Whilst the Bletchley Manor and estate is worth a very large sum of money, Miles has gold to spend, but there is much, much more in the family bank vault buried under the ruins of Gringotts.
Current situation
Affiliations & Organisations: currently? None. He used to play keeper for the Montrose Magpies until he got suspended for temporarily blinding the Kestrals' Seeker (Higgs). The league ended a week later.
Faction this character supports: Death Eaters. He had little choice in joining. It was the Slytherin thing to do, and with his big brother and father dragging him before Lord Voldemort to pledge his allegiance, he had no other choice. Now he's in too deep to get out. He knows it would be foolish to even think of trying to leave (he's seen the aftermath), so he just does what he has to do. The laziest Death Eater on the books, and Bella and Rodolphus occasionally gave him work. At least, they did until he married Daphne. He's been slowly given more and more responsibility, from letting off the plague in town, to carrying messages from informants to the Lestranges.
Role in the ongoing war: He bides his time, doing only what has to be done. He gets orders directly from the Lestranges. Right now he's collecting messages, because Umbridge is intercepting mail. The pub is a very good front for the collection of information for the Death Eaters.
Finally
What is your character's deepest, darkest secret (one that other game characters probably wouldn't know and that he/she would prefer they didn't find out about) Also list the names of anyone who might know, or might be suspicious of this knowledge:

His brother is dead, so as far as Miles is aware no one else knows he murdered his father. Miles already hated the man, and slipped him an undetectable, slow-acting poison. To the Healers in St Mungo's, it looked as if he had a mysterious illness and it was concluded he died because of it. Troy was so pissed off that he did it (he wanted to kill the old man), that he locked him out of half of the Bletchley Manor. He suspected that Troy was doing something suspicious in the manor, but he never actually had proof. He was blocked out of the dungeons for over a year, and it irritated him no end.

The other secret, that he really doesn't realise himself, is that he loves his wif
